The Fee

Most fees that are incurred for services provided for oil and gas lease and mineral sales and assistance will be paid by the oil and gas operator or mineral buyer and are COST FREE FOR THE CLIENT.

• Lease negotiations and mineral sales are paid by the operator/investor, NOT YOU!

• ALL initial consultations are FREE!

• Royalty Review Fee: 5% of each monthly royalty payment.

• Recovery Fee: 20% of additional recovered revenue through negotiations (i.e., if gas company claims royalty owner is owed $1,000 and Bordas Mineral recovers $1,500, the charge is 20% of $1,500). If unable to recover additional money through negotiation, help is available in referring the matter out to lawyers.
